The history of "HEMARPOL" Bogaccy Spółka Jawna (General Partnership) establishment times back to the year 1989, when the father of today's owners - Mr Henryk Bogacki set up a scrap metal yard in his place of residence - Własna near to Częstochowa.
At the beginning his company's core business was a recycling of scrap metal bought from local inhabitants and manufacturers. Due to a lack of development possibilities in its registered office neighbourhood, the company moved in 1994 to Kalety. In the year 1998 the company bought the real estate it was renting. At that time the company was cooperating with companies from Silesia but soon the cooperation widen to the whole territory of Poland.
In July 1997, Mr Paweł Bogacki started his own business in scrap branch - he established a company called P.O.S.W. "Polzłom". In December 1997 Mr Mariusz Bogacki started his own business in the same branch - a company called P.O.S.W. "Kolmark" was registered.
In March 2002 both brothers decided to joint their efforts and established "Hemarpol" Spółka Cywilna (Civil Company) which in 2004 was transformed by law into general partnership: "HEMARPOL" Bogaccy Spółka Jawna.
In October 2003 Mr Henryk Bogacki decided to step down due to his state of health giving the object in Kalety to his sons as a gift. Thanks to family efforts, during 20 years of its activity, the company "HEMARPOL" Bogaccy Spółka Jawna transformed into one of major companies in scrap branch, specialized mainly in non-ferrous metals and alloy steels. The company found itself on the top of the national ranking (10 major companies).
